For several years now, I've been looking for a subtle way to blend my experience as a jazz musician with the realm of chamber music. With Istanbul cellist Sedef Ercetin and her fellow Athenian pianist Maria Papapetropoulou, I fancied myself taking up the violin's place in an emblematic trio.
