How do I return an item?

You may return unopened CDs, DVDs, and vinyl records within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.

Are the recordings on your site new or used?

ArkivMusic exclusively sells brand-new, factory-sealed recordings. We do not sell used or refurbished media.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I track my order after it has shipped?
